Key Responsibilities:
· Perform and review structural design and analysis for offshore structures.
· Conduct analyses: in-place, lift, load-out, transportation, dynamic, blast and fatigue.
· Ensure technical integrity and quality of engineering deliverables.
· Manage schedule, man-hours (MH), and cost control.
· Review contract documents and raise technical queries.
· Lead interface coordination with clients, vendors, yards, and class authorities.
· Perform 3D model and drawing reviews using Navisworks or similar tools.
· Prepare/review MTO, BOQ/BOM, and Weight Control Reports (WCR).
· Ensure compliance with AISC, API RP2A, DNV, NORSOK, ISO, & Eurocodes.
· Support class approvals (ABS, DNV, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience:
· B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering.
· 5–10 years experience in EPC/EPCM Oil & Gas projects.
· Minimum 5 years offshore structural experience.
Technical Skills:
Mandatory:
· SACS, STAAD.Pro
· Navisworks / 3D model review tools
· Offshore load cases & combinations
· Strength, serviceability, buckling, fatigue & agile behavior
Preferred:
· ANSYS / ABAQUS / IdeaStatica
· TEKLA / E3D / S3D
· Experience in FEED & Conceptual studies
