Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage business opportunities across assigned territories and market segments.
* Promote and sell Professional Broadcast solutions.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
* Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with customers, consultants, and system integrators.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, rental companies, consultants, and end users.
* Generate current business while managing and growing existing customer accounts.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on commercial negotiations.
* Coordinate with application engineers, technical teams, and OEM partners to ensure successful project execution.
* Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
* Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or a related field.




* *2–8 years of experience* in Technical Sales, Business Development, or Solution Sales within the Professional AV industry.
* Strong technical understanding of Professional Audio, Lighting, RF, Broadcast, or Integrated AV systems.
* Experience working with AV distributors, system integrators, rental companies, or OEMs is highly preferred.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer-focused solutions.
* Self-motivated with solid business development and account management skills.
* Willingness to travel across India for customer meetings, demonstrations, training sessions, and business development activities.
