Your key responsibilities:





Leadership
- Advise senior & local management with regards to developing sustainable manufacturing excellence through clearly defined objectives and targets;
- Lead cross-functional teams: Production, SCM, Quality, Engineering, HR and Safety
- Build strong leadership pipeline and second-line capability
- Drive performance management and accountability culture
- Promote employee engagement and capability development
- Nurture division culture, foster necessary changes and act as role model
- Develops budgets and approves expenditures for supplies, materials, and human resources, ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.

Strategic
- Participate to the definition of the site master plan to align site capabilities with strategic objectives.
- Identify all opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, increase automation rate and/or productivity.
