File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) & Cyber Security Incident Management Specialist
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage NNT Change Tracker FIM platform, including deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Onboard/offboard POS machines and configure FIM monitoring rules.
Monitor platform health, agent communication, and SIEM integrations.
Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents from FIM, SIEM, EDR/XDR, WAF, Threat Intelligence, APM, and SOC platforms.
Perform incident triage, severity classification, containment, escalation, remediation, and RCA.
Coordinate major incident response activities and stakeholder communications.
Manage vendor support, platform upgrades, and issue resolution.
Conduct access reviews, maintain SOPs/playbooks,



and ensure compliance with security policies.
Support BC/DR planning, platform recovery testing, and continuous security monitoring improvements.
Required Skills
NNT Change Tracker (FIM) or any other FIM tool experience.
Cyber Security Incident Management
SIEM/SOAR Platforms
EDR/XDR Technologies (CrowdStrike preferred)
Threat Intelligence & Incident Response
Security Monitoring & Alert Triage
RCA, Security Governance & Compliance
ServiceNow/JIRA Ticketing
Preferred:
Experience in Retail/POS Security environments.
CEH, Security+, CySA+, GCIH, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.
