What You Will Do:
Learn the ins and outs of the Moveworks platform and configuring all features of the platform
Lead technical implementation of the Moveworks platform for new customer deployments.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, their system environments and IT infrastructure
Set up and test integrations between Moveworks and supported enterprise applications such as ITSM platform (ServiceNow, JIRA), IDAM (Okta, Active Directory, Entra ID), Knowledge Management (Sharepoint, Confluence, Google-Drive) and chat platforms (Teams, Slack)
Perform testing and validation to ensure configured integrations and featured function correctly.
Troubleshoot integration and deployment issues, working cross-fun
