About the Role
We are seeking a Geospatial Data Specialist (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on geographic information systems (GIS), remote sensing, spatial analysis, mapping, geospatial data annotation, and AI-generated geospatial content evaluation.
In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated maps, spatial analyses, satellite imagery interpretations, geospatial datasets, GIS workflows, and location intelligence solutions. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for mapping, navigation, urban planning, environmental monitoring, autonomous systems, and location-based analytics.




This position is ideal for professionals with experience in GIS, geospatial analytics, cartography, surveying, remote sensing, environmental science, civil engineering, urban planning, or geospatial software development.

Responsibilities
Review AI-generated maps, GIS models, geospatial datasets, spatial queries, technical reports, and location-based analyses.
Evaluate workflows involving geocoding, coordinate systems, projections, spatial joins, raster and vector analysis, terrain modeling, geofencing, and geospatial visualization.
Verify AI-generated interpretations of satellite imagery, LiDAR, GPS data, drone imagery, and spatial datasets using accepted GIS methodologies.
Assess AI-generated geospatial documentation for technical accuracy, reproducibility, and compliance with industry best practices.
Identify mapping errors, projection inconsistencies, topology issues, inaccurate spatial analysis, and data quality problems.
