About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Control & Instrumentation professional to lead and manage control systems, instrumentation, and automation activities for the plant. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in maintaining and optimizing control systems to ensure safe, reliable, and effective plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Control Systems & Instrumentation
Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot control and instrumentation systems.
Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and optimum performance of all instrumentation and control equipment.
Lead automation initiatives to improve plant productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

Paper Machine Automation
Manage automation, control, and hydraulic systems for high-speed paper machines.
Optimize machine control systems to improve operational efficiency and process stability.
Ensure smooth integration of automation systems with plant operations.

PLC, DCS & QCS-Preferably Valmet
Program, configure, and maintain PLC and DCS systems.




Operate and maintain QCS to ensure optimum process control.
Integrate PLC, DCS, and QCS with other plant control systems.

Preventive Maintenance
Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all control and instrumentation equipment.
Minimize equipment downtime through timely maintenance and corrective actions.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

SAP & MIS
Utilize SAP for maintenance planning, inventory control, spare parts management, and reporting.
Generate MIS reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and system reliability.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of maintenance data in SAP.

Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the Control & Instrumentation team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and team performance.
