Role Overview

This is a build-and-scale CFO mandate—not a traditional finance leadership role.

You will transform a founder-led finance function into an institutional-grade organization capable of supporting rapid growth, international expansion, and institutional investment.The role requires a hands-on finance leader who can seamlessly transition between strategic planning, fundraising, investor engagement, financial operations, compliance, and business partnering. You will own the company's financial strategy, build scalable financial systems, strengthen governance, and provide the Board with accurate, investor-grade financial insights.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Fundraising, Investor Relations & Corporate Development
Lead the finance workstream for institutional fundraising from preparation through successful closure.
Develop investor-ready financial models, business plans, valuation support, and Board presentations.
Build and maintain a comprehensive due diligence data room.
Coordinate financial, legal, tax, and commercial due diligence with advisors and investors.




Partner with the CEO during term sheet negotiations, valuation discussions, and transaction structuring.
Manage Board reporting, investor updates, cap table management, and post-investment governance.

2. Group Finance & Cross-Border Operations
Consolidate financial statements across India, the US, UAE, and the UK into a single audit-ready reporting framework.
Ensure compliance with Indian and international accounting standards and reporting requirements.
Lead FEMA, ODI, RBI, SOFTEX, export compliance, transfer pricing, and cross-border regulatory obligations.
Evaluate and optimize global holding structures, legal entities, and intercompany transactions.
Drive financial governance across multiple international entities.

3. Business Finance & Strategic Decision Support
Build project-level and business-unit P&Ls; with complete visibility into revenue, margins, utilization, and profitability.
