About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Defect Manager / Lead to drive end-to-end defect governance across multiple Agile delivery teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in defect lifecycle management, stakeholder communication, JIRA administration, and quality reporting. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage defect triage, ensure timely resolution of critical issues, and provide actionable insights through dashboards and reporting. The role aligns with Agile delivery practices and requires close collaboration with business, development, testing, and programme stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Defect Management & Governance
Own and drive the end-to-end defect management process across projects and releases.
Establish and maintain defect governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
Lead defect triage meetings and facilitate resolution discussions with cross-functional teams.
