We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Risk and Control Manager
In this role, you will:
- Take measures to extend strategic support to the markets as a subject matter expert and verify requests for valid exceptions.
- Monitor and maintain support on market specific triggers. Prepare monthly first line report for submission to regional wealth premier banking forum
- Event Management and perform quality check of internal events raised globally and take measures to provide an update for global risk oversight meeting.
- Other activities include preparation of training videos and organizing risk awareness sessions.
- Participate in team meeting / team activities and work towards sustaining team spirit.
- Assist line manager/supervisor with managing day-to-day operations and support peers on process if needed.
- Support achievement of team objectives & participate in the development of cohesive teams.
- Contribute to the creation of a supportive work setting driven by people centric values.
- Build professional relationships with colleagues in other areas.
To be successful you will:
- Must have experience of 3-5 years with bachelor’s degree
- Risk and control subject matter expertise
- High Level understanding on Incident Management
- Proficient in Business writing and high-level awareness on Risk Fra
