Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Redwood RunMyJobs (RMJ) job schedules and workflows.
Create and manage job definitions, job chains, calendars, submit frames, and dependencies.
Monitor batch jobs and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Troubleshoot failed jobs and perform root cause analysis.
Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
Manage event-based, file-triggered, and time-based scheduling.
Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams for automation requirements.
Proficiency in SAP RMJ.
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience with job scheduling and workflow management.
Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes.
Experience in coordinating with technical teams.
