Job Title : Service Engineer(M365)
Location : Hyderabad (Onsite)

Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager of M365 & AD Platforms Team administers the M365 & AD environment. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless administration and operation while supporting platform requests from end-Users across all company regions.
Skill set Required:
Administration, maintenance and monitoring of the M365 & AD Platforms, including Active Directory (AD), Azure & M365 services (email, O365, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams etc.).
Create, modify, and delete user accounts, groups, computer accounts, organizational units (OUs).
Manage permissions, access controls, and security policies while ensuring best practices and organizational policies are strictly enforced.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and end-User reported issues (e.g. email delivery).
Provide L1/L2/L3 support on AD, Azure & M365-related tasks.
Monitor platform performance and address any issues, updates or vulnerabilities.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve M365 & AD platform operations.




Technologies Required:
Microsoft Admin Consoles, Intune
Azure AD/Intra ID,
Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP),
Teams administration,
SharePoint Online administration.
PowerShell
Verbal / Written Skills Required:
Good Communication Skills
Teamwork / Adaptability Requirements:
Adaptability in a fast-paced SOC environment
Shift Work / Travel Required:
Support US-business hours
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experiences.
Experience (Min ~ Max):
5-10 Years
