We are currently seeking an experienced skilled to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Business Analysis
In this role, you will:
Be accountable for support of the business architecture tooling platform (including ARIS & Celonis applications) including availability, performance, and user experience.
Lead the bank’s Business Architecture Tooling IT support team, ensuring business process architecture, governance,



and operational stability are delivered to a high standard. You’ll combine deep ARIS administration expertise with leadership of a multi-disciplinary pod to keep critical services running, compliant, and continuously improving and enhancing.
Be responsible for RTB outcomes: stability, incident/problem/change management, Platform upgrades & maintenance, service requests, and continuous improvement. Drive operational excellence: reduce repeat incidents, improve automation, drive root-cause analysis, implementing permanent fixes and streamline support processes.
Be responsible for managing stakeholders including the senior Business Architecture leads in the business, Process modellers and miners, Global Business Architecture, and senior management in Data Technology; Coordinate with upstream/downstream teams and vendors to resolve cross-boundary issues quickly.
Set pod priorities, manage capacity, and run agile/lean ceremonies
