Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented National Head – Retail Sales (LAS) to lead and expand our Retail Sales vertical for Loan Against Securities (LAS). The role requires a strategic sales leader with extensive experience in retail lending, channel management, sales operations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth

Develop and execute the Retail Sales strategy for LAS products.
Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across assigned regions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Increase market penetration for Loans Against Mutual Funds and Shares.
Identify recent business opportunities and expansion markets.

Sales Leadership

Build, lead, and mentor Regional Sales Managers, Area Managers,



and Relationship Managers.
Establish a high-performance sales culture.
Monitor team productivity and sales KPIs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

Channel Development

Build and strengthen retail distribution channels.
Develop strategic partnerships with Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Wealth Advisors, IFAs, Stock Brokers, Financial Consultants, and Channel Partners.
Expand partner network across key cities.

Sales Operations

Design sales processes for customer acquisition and onboarding.
Improve sales conversion ratios.
Track pipeline, funnel management, and productivity metrics.
Ensure timely disbursement coordination with Operations and Credit teams.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Collections teams.
Work closely with leadership on business planning and expansion.
