Role & responsibilities:
- Looking for an HR Recruitment Specialist to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms ,updating job ads.
- Interview candidates (via phone).

- Graduate & Undergraduate freshers can also apply
- Robust communication and conversational skills.
- Ability to convince and engage candidates effectively.
- Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-ups.
