What You’ll Do:
Join a fast-moving AI team building the intelligence layer of Birdeye's Insights product — where customer signals get turned into decisions our customers act on. You'll report to the Director of Engineering and be a key leader shaping how AI shows up across the platform. Whether it's leading the team behind AI Insights Recommendations and AI-powered Custom Reports, partnering with Product to turn fuzzy ideas into shipped GenAI features, architecting RAG and agentic pipelines that run reliably at multi-tenant SaaS scale, or mentoring engineers and data scientists into the next generation of AI leaders at Birdeye — you'll bring your technical depth and leadership to bear on it all.
