About the Role

This is a hands-on platform role, backed by real technical depth. As our Senior Technical Specialist, you own the day-to-day health, configuration and support of Flexera across our client base. You administer the platform, monitor beacons, resolve tickets, and troubleshoot complex data and inventory issues. You also work across the surrounding ecosystem, including ServiceNow and Atlassian,



and perform technical design and integration work on more complex engagements. You'll be a trusted technical point of contact for clients and internal teams alike. You are the person who can diagnose a platform issue, liaise with vendor support, and keep the underlying data trustworthy while contributing technical input on larger integration and design work.

Responsibilities

Own the health, configuration and support of Flexera across client environments.
Build and maintain integrations, adapters and reporting that keep client data accurate and trusted.
Resolve complex platform issues. From ticket-level troubleshooting to root-cause investigation and vendor escalation.
Contribute technical design input on complex engagements and help lift the team's platform capability.

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise IT, with proven experience as a technical/solution/platform specialist across infrastructure and hybrid
