Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Team Leader to oversee, guide, and manage a team of employees to ensure operational efficiency and the achievement of team goals. The Team Leader will be responsible for setting performance objectives, providing

coaching, conducting regular evaluations, and maintaining a positive, productive work setting. This role requires strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance to meet or exceed targets and deadlines.
Foster a positive team culture, focusing on collaboration, productivity, and employee morale.
Performance Monitoring:
Set clear performance expectations and individual goals for team members.




Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team output.
Address performance issues promptly, offering coaching, support, and corrective action where necessary.
Training & Development:
Provide guidance, mentoring, and ongoing training to team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Identify skill gaps and provide appropriate development opportunities.
Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and company values.
Operational Efficiency:
Oversee daily operations within the team, ensuring processes are followed and work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Implement best practices and streamline workflows to increase team productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional coordination and communication.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:
Act as the first point of contact for team-related issues or conflicts, resolving problems effect
