We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Trainer-in-Residence (AI) to join our team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that blends deep technical expertise with exceptional training and consulting capabilities. The ideal candidate will not only deliver world-class corporate training but also act as a trusted consultant to our clients—helping them solve real-world business problems through AI and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Training Delivery
Design and deliver high-impact, engaging corporate training programs.
Ensure training sessions are practical, industry-relevant, and aligned with client business objectives.




Maintain consistently high NPS through exceptional learner engagement and knowledge transfer.

2. Client Consulting & Advisory
Act as a trainer-cum-consultant, providing strategic guidance to clients on AI adoption, implementation, and upskilling roadmaps.
Participate in client expectation-setting calls alongside sourcing, solutions, and delivery leads to ensure alignment on training outcomes.
Drive technical discussions during client calls, demonstrating solid domain authority and problem-solving capabilities.

3. Stakeholder Management
Serve as a primary client-facing representative, building trust and long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams (sourcing, solutions, delivery, and KAMs) to ensure seamless program execution.
Conduct pre-engagement discovery sessions to understand client pain points and tailor training content accordingly.
