Role Overview
We are looking for a client-facing Microsoft 365 Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft 365 licensing, tenant administration, migrations, and customer support. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will work directly with clients to understand business requirements, recommend licensing solutions, and deliver Microsoft 365 projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 tenants for multiple clients.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend the most suitable Microsoft 365 licensing plans.




Perform Microsoft 365 license provisioning, optimization, renewals, and cost management.
Lead Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant and mailbox migration projects.
Configure and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 administration and end-user issues.
Work directly with clients to gather requirements and provide technical consultation.
Conduct client meetings, knowledge transfer sessions, and user training.
Implement security best practices including MFA, Conditional Access, and security policies.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for project delivery and issue resolution.
Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and project reports.
Stay updated with Microsoft 365 features, licensing changes, and best practices.
