- Develop lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and instructional materials that support student learning.
- Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages participation, discussion, and critical thinking.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, presentations, and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic guidance to help students improve their understanding and performance.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
