Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for new and existing RCM platform capabilities.
Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and identify customer needs to enable competitive advantage.
Prioritize product opportunities using well-defined criteria, quantifiable business value, and user insights.
Establish clear product requirements, specifications, and use cases aligned to business goals.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring well-defined epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria.
Work closely with engineering to evaluate technical approaches, API-driven integrations, microservices architecture, and scalable system design.
Support technical teams by defining user journeys, guiding wireframes, and identifying solution patterns using best-practice API frameworks.
Collaborate with engineering on iteration planning, grooming sessions, and sprint reviews.
Demonstrate robust understanding of healthcare protocols and standards including HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, X12, and RCM workflows (Eligibility, Claim, Denials, Payments, AR,



Patient Financial Experience).
Translate complex RCM functional workflows into product requirements and automation opportunities.
Define product KPIs and success metrics to track adoption, performance, and operational efficiency.
Identify areas for product enhancements and lead structured improvement initiatives.
Advocate for the customer and ensure product decisions are grounded in real user needs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Technical Product Management roles, preferably in healthcare or RCM.
Certifications in Agile/Scrum (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) are a plus.
Strong hands-on exposure to APIs/Microservices architectures.
Working knowledge of SQL for requirement discovery, data validation, and debugging.
