The Dark Store Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations while ensuring exceptional customer experience through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilitie
sOperations Managemen
tManage daily dark store operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
.Ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to delivery SLAs
.Monitor order flow and optimize operational efficiency
.Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks
.Inventory & Quality Contro
lMaintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
.Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and inventory hygiene
.Minimize shrinkage, damages, expiries, and stock discrepancies
.Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements
.Team Leadershi
pLead, train, and manage store associates, pickers, and packers




.Prepare shift rosters and manpower plans
.Track team performance and drive productivity improvements
.Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and operational excellence
.Performance & Complianc
eTrack KPIs including order accuracy, fulfillment time, inventory accuracy, and productivity
.Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements
.Maintain cleanliness, security, and operational readiness of the dark store
.Prepare operational reports and share performance insights with leadership

Requiremen
ts3–6 years of experience in warehouse, retail, quick commerce, logistics, or dark store operation
s.Experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environmen
t.Solid understanding of inventory management and fulfillment processe
s.Proficiency with WMS, inventory tools, Excel, and operational dashboard
s.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skill
s.Ability to work adaptable shifts
