We’re looking for someone who sees a product update, customer story, trend, or office moment and immediately thinks: “there’s a outstanding piece of content here.”

You’ll own content end to end: ideas, scripts, shoots, edits, publishing, and performance.
Create sharp short-form product, educational, founder, UGC, and brand content
Be confident and natural on camera in English and Hindi
Use AI heavily for research, scripting, editing, repurposing, and localization
Understand hooks, pacing, retention, and what makes people keep watching
Work directly with founders, product, and growth
Move fast, test often, and turn winning formats into repeatable systems

You should have done this before. Please share a portfolio of videos you have scripted, created, or appeared in (ideally for a startup, product, brand, or creator-led account).

You’ll fit in well if you have strong taste, low ego, high ownership, and can turn rough ideas into content people actually want to watch.
