We are seeking a highly motivated HR Analytics Intern to join our agile Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in applying data analytics to HR processes and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a keen interest in HR operations and workforce management.
Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze HR-related data from various sources i.e. HRIS
Use statistical methods to interpret data and generate useful business insights.
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to HR stakeholders.
Propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:




Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Advance Excel
Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
Proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for HR and analytics.

Duration and Benefits:
This internship is a 3 Months’ position located at Malad- West, Mumbai.
Stipend- 10 – 15 K
