As an Ad Operations Specialist on the Ad Operations team in our Gurugram office, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless setup, execution, optimization, and delivery of digital advertising campaigns. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional client outcomes through operational excellence and technical expertise.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Ad Operations, Programmatic Advertising, or the Ad Technology industry.
Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers, and RTB fundamentals.




Hands-on experience with campaign trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring across display, native, and video advertising platforms.
Good understanding of digital advertising KPIs and pricing models including CPM, vCPM, CPC, CPCV, CPA, CPA Goal, ROAS, and CPC Goal.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
Working knowledge of SQL for querying, validating, analyzing, and troubleshooting campaign, advertiser, and performance datasets. Ability to write basic to intermediate SQL queries involving filtering, joins, aggregations, and data validation will be highly preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate campaign delivery issues and identify root causes using data.
