? Location: Sikar, Rajasthan
? Position: Sales Officer
? Employment Type: Full-Time
? Experience: 3+ Years (Beverage Industry experience is mandatory)
? Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
✅ What We're Looking For
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in the Beverage/FMCG Industry
✔ Strong understanding of the Sikar market and surrounding territories
✔ Experience in distributor, dealer & retailer management
✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
✔ Self-motivated and result-oriented personality
✔ Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (Preferred)
? Key Responsibilities
• Drive Primary & Secondary Sales across the assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
• Expand market presence by onboarding new dealers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
• Ensure timely payment collections
• Monitor stock availability and market demand
• Maintain accurate sales reports and market records
