What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to offer rollout.
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social networks.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements.
Execute innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Drive campus hiring and manage recruitment partner relationships.
Coordinate interviews and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Build long-term relationships with prospective and passive candidates.
Support employer branding activities, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
Analyze hiring trends and proactively support workforce planning.
What We're Looking For
Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social recruiting
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines
Proactive, result-oriented, and highly organized professional
