About Position:

We are seeking a Technical Lead / .NET Lead with 12-14 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications using up-to-date Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Microservices, Web APIs, Cloud Platforms (preferably GCP), Messaging Systems, and Agile delivery practices. This role requires technical leadership, solution design, team mentoring, release management support, and ownership of end-to-end software delivery across complex enterprise environments.

What You'll Do:

Execute the development pipeline and ensure successful delivery of software products from development through QA and production.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams to decompose user stories, design solutions, and prioritize development activities.
Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies.
Implement and promote automated testing practices,



including Test-Driven Development (TDD), to ensure software quality.
Support system integration efforts across multiple applications and platforms.
Work closely with Release Management teams to assemble releases and continuously improve release processes.
Identify technical risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
Design, prototype, validate, and implement application solutions aligned with business requirements.
Respond to and resolve production incidents, service requests, and operational issues within defined SLA commitments.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across distributed and cloud-based systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, monitor, and support new features and releases.
