We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Developer with strong expertise in EDI/B2B integrations. This role involves working closely with global teams, contributing to critical integration projects, and gradually taking on customer-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement EDI/B2B integration solutions based on business and customer requirements.
- Develop custom business solutions and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and contribute to best practices.
- Collaborate with US teams during overlapping hours to support project discussions, escalations, and hand-offs.
- Gradually take on customer-facing calls to discuss requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support solution delivery.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and quality processes.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor junior developers as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–7 years of software development experience, with proven expertise in EDI/B2B implementation.
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, etc.) and integration processes.
- Extensive experience in software integration and successful project implementations.
- Hands-on experience with mapping, translation, and B2B integration tools.
- Experience working with external customers and consulting skills.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java or Python.
- Solid understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and data formats (XML, JSON, flat files).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team.
Work Setting
- Hybrid model: 2–3 days a week in office (India location).
- Flexibility to partially overlap with US working hours for collaboration.
