Scope of Role / Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team of technically strong software engineers in an agile environment.
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance SaaS solutions.
- Drive technical architecture discussions and make key technical decisions.
- Collaborate with product management to align technical solutions with business requirements.
- Develop products capable of handling large datasets and ensure performance and scalability.
- Work with microservices architecture and integrate multiple cloud platforms.
- Hands-on development in the following tech stack: Node.js, Python, MongoDB, AWS, Apache Kafka.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in software development at product-based companies.
- Solid foundation in computer science with solid competency in:
- Data structures and algorithms
- Design principles
- Software design (HLD, LLD)
- Performance and scalability
- Experience leading technical discussions and making architectural decisions.
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and integration domain is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Node.js (preferred) or expertise in another programming language
