PCB Schematic Engineer (Memory Products) | 5–10 Years | Bangalore

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced PCB Schematic Engineer with expertise in high-speed memory and storage products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Cadence Allegro Capture CIS/OrCAD and designing schematics for DDR4/DDR5, LPDDR, NAND Flash, eMMC, UFS, PCIe, and NVMe SSDs.

Key Responsibilities:
Design PCB schematics for high-speed memory and storage products.
Develop schematics using Cadence Allegro Capture CIS/OrCAD.
Perform component selection, BOM creation, and interface design.
Design circuits for DDR4/DDR5, LPDDR, NAND Flash, eMMC/UFS, PCIe Gen4/Gen5, NVMe, SPI, I2C, and UART.
Collaborate with PCB layout, SI/PI, firmware, FPGA, and validation teams.
Review layouts for SI/PI, DFM, and EMC/EMI compliance.
Support board bring-up, hardware debugging,



and documentation.

Required Skills:
5–10 years of PCB schematic design experience.
Solid expertise in Cadence Allegro Capture CIS and OrCAD.
Experience with SSD, NVMe, NAND Flash, eMMC, UFS, DDR4/DDR5, and LPDDR.
Strong knowledge of high-speed digital design, power sequencing, clocking, SI/PI fundamentals, and BOM management.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in storage or semiconductor products.
Knowledge of PCIe, NVMe, DFM/DFT, EMC/EMI, and board bring-up/debugging.
Familiarity with PSpice, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, and Protocol Analyzer.
