Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a CNC Router Programming and Operator position. The role involves programming CNC routers based on design drawings or CAD files, setting up machines with appropriate tools and materials, and operating CNC routers to produce timber components to specification. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring machine performance, adjusting programs or settings as needed, performing basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery, and coordinating with supervisors and production staff to meet daily targets.



The role also requires inspecting finished parts for accuracy and quality, documenting production activities, and following all safety and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
Solid skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling for CNC routers and related equipment.
Experience in Machining and Milling processes, including tool selection and feed/speed optimization.
Ability to perform Quality Control checks on finished components and ensure adherence to specifications.
Knowledge of CNC programming (G-code or CAM software) and interpreting technical drawings or CAD models.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical or programming issues.
Understanding of workplace safety practices and proper use of personal protective equipment.
Prior experience in wood machining, furniture manufacturing, or timber processing is beneficial.
