About Position:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and modernization of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC, Access Governance, and Enterprise IAM Architecture. This role will be responsible for defining target-state identity architecture, driving IAM transformation initiatives, and implementing scalable, automated, and compliant identity governance solutions integrated with enterprise platforms such as Workday, Active Directory, and business-critical applications.

What You'll Do:

Define and drive enterprise identity governance architecture using SailPoint IdentityIQ as the strategic IAM platform.
Design and implement scalable Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions aligned with business and security objectives.




Architect end-to-end identity lifecycle management processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows.
Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models to simplify and standardize access management.
Lead SailPoint IIQ integration initiatives with HR systems, Active Directory, cloud applications, and enterprise platforms.
Architect automated provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, and access request workflows.
Drive the migration from manual and legacy identity management solutions to centralized governance models.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to define identity and access governance strategies.
Establish IAM standards, best practices, security controls, and governance frameworks.
Ensure compliance, audit readiness, segregation of duties (SoD), and regulatory access governance requirements.
