Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in proper working order.
- Prepare patients for surgery by cleaning and disinfecting the surgical site and positioning them on the operating table.
- Monitor the patient's vital signs during surgery and alert the surgical team of any changes or abnormalities.
- Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis as needed.
- Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
