Provide intensive care to critically ill patients, including respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological support.
- Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, medications, and medical equipment, including ventilators, hemodialysis machines, and other life support systems.
- Administer medications and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform procedures, such as inserting and maintaining central lines, and managing arterial and venous access.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists, to manage patients' care.
