Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end financial accounting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IND AS and IFRS.
- Prepare and analyze cash flow statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of books.
- Liaise with internal departments to compile financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits, providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide strategic financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards, ensuring compliance.
