Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the sales and marketing team in generating leads and enquiries from potential clients.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect information in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
- Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as required.
- Prepare basic sales reports, marketing updates, and MIS for management review.
- Support promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
- Assist in preparation of quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales targets.
