The team has extensive experience delivering complete solutions to leading global Tier 1 broadcasters, operators, SoC vendors, and OEMs. These solutions are built on RTOS, Linux, and Android TV platforms, offering candidates exposure to cutting-edge technologies and complex, real-world deployments. Your role would include:
· Working on projects within the areas of Automotive Infotainment device and Telematic ECU’s
· Coordination of assigned projects within the group, taking care of all the resources to ensure all projects meet defined scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
· Acting as escalation point for cross-team and customer-facing topics




· Building strong collaboration and ensuring mutual understanding with all the project stakeholders and team members, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication
· Leading and mentoring technical team leads, fostering accountability, technical excellence and skilled growth (review performance and KPIs, define training plan, govern the onboarding plan and ramp‑up, define salaries, monitor engagement and satisfaction, address underperformance, take active role in hiring processes)

· Promoting knowledge sharing, innovation and continuous improvement along with the best practices in design, development, code review, testing, and documentation within the group
· Actively participating in specification, design, development, testing, and integration in at least one of the projects
