Role Purpose :
The Account Delivery Head will own end-to-end delivery of Finance & Accounting GBS services for a hospitality and services client portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder confidence, financial discipline, compliance, and continuous value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Own delivery performance across F&A; towers including P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A; support, tax, treasury support, reconciliations, and management reporting.
Act as the single accountable delivery leader for client governance, escalations, service quality, SLA/KPI adherence, and business outcomes.
Drive stable, compliant, and scalable operations aligned to hospitality and services industry requirements, including high-volume transactions, multi-property operations, vendor/customer complexity, and seasonal business cycles.
Lead delivery governance with client CXO/finance leadership, internal stakeholders, tower leads, transformation teams, and enabling functions.
Own productivity, cost-to-serve, margin improvement and commercial discipline across the account.




Identify and execute transformation opportunities through process standardization, automation, analytics, AI enablement, Lean/Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
Ensure strong controls, audit readiness, data security, policy compliance, and business continuity across all delivery locations.
Build, mentor, and retain high-performing delivery teams with clear accountability, succession planning, capability development, and engagement focus.
Support growth through solutioning, transitions, scope expansion, client mining, and value-led transformation proposals.
