Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeller with a strong background in rail infrastructure to produce and maintain high-quality, federated 3D models developed to LOD 350. The successful candidate will create discipline models in which elements are graphically represented as specific systems - with accurate quantity, size, shape, location, orientation, and defined interfaces and connections to adjacent systems - enabling reliable coordination, clash detection, and downstream construction use.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain rail discipline models (trackwork, alignments, earthworks, drainage, structures, stations, platforms, OCS/catenary, signalling and systems routing) to LOD 350, with modelled interfaces
