Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Relationship Manager to drive new client acquisition through Equity Demat & Trading Account opening and cross-selling of investment products. This is a 90% field sales role focused on business development, client acquisition, and investment product sales. There is no KRA for brokerage generation.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire current customers by opening Equity Demat & Trading Accounts.
Generate leads through self-sourcing, references, networking, and market activities.
Cross-sell financial products including:
Mutual Funds (MF)
Insurance
Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
Bonds and Fixed Income Products (where applicable)
Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and investment awareness sessions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, affluent,
and HNI clients.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable investment solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and onboarding.
Ensure customer documentation and KYC compliance.
Achieve assigned acquisition and cross-selling targets.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales engagement.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
New Equity Demat & Trading Account Acquisition.
Activation of newly acquired clients.
Revenue through cross-selling of Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, and AIF.
Lead generation and conversion.
Customer acquisition and relationship management.
