Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team in South India. This is a full-time, in office role responsible for driving technical sales of SMT equipment and solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their manufacturing processes, production challenges, and business objectives, and recommend optimized SMT solutions.



The role combines technical consulting with business development and requires close coordination with engineering, applications, and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage customer relationships within the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle.
Understand customer manufacturing requirements and recommend suitable SMT solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution evaluations.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support in collaboration with service and applications teams.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and market intelligence.
Work closely with principals and internal teams to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
