We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with 5 - 7 years of experience managing retail fit-out projects . The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out works for retail outlets , ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all phases of retail fit-out projects , from planning and design through to completion and handover.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, track progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Manage procurement of materials and coordination with suppliers to avoid project delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, approvals, and contracts.
- Report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
