About The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring for Technology and Product functions in a fast-growing fintech organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering with senior stakeholders, building high-quality talent pipelines, and leading a team while driving hiring excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end hiring for Tech and Product functions across all levels.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business leaders to understand hiring needs and build recruitment strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery against hiring goals.
Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, talent mapping, referrals, and market intelligence.
Drive stakeholder management, interview planning, offer negotiations, and candidate experience.
Track and improve hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire.
Strengthen employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes.




Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring forecasts.

Required Skills & Experience

5–10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with significant exposure to Tech and Product hiring.
Prior experience managing a recruitment team.
Robust understanding of engineering and product roles across backend, frontend, mobile, data, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, Product Management, and Design.
Experience hiring in high-growth startups, fintech, product-based companies, or technology organizations.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.

Preferred Background

Candidates from fintech or startup ecosystems will be preferred.
