Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all fabrication and machining activities in the workshop according to established procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery and tools to optimize productivity.
- Monitor quality of fabricated and machined components, ensuring adherence to standards and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production, machine usage, and any non-conformities.
- Implement and enforce safety standards to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
- Lead and guide shop floor personnel, providing training and supervision as required.
- Support implementation and maintenance of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Environmental Management System (EMS) practices within the shop.
- Coordinate with other departments for timely completion of production schedules.
