Role Overview
Unisys is seeking a Commercial Contract Manager to support global commercial contracting, contract lifecycle management, and legal operations. The role combines contract drafting and negotiation with post-execution administration, CLM system support, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with Legal, Sales, Procurement, Delivery, IT, and business stakeholders in a global environment.

What You Will Do
Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts, including sales orders, service agreements, MSAs, SOWs,



amendments, procurement contracts, and other specialized contract documents, ensuring terms are commercially appropriate, compliant with policy, and aligned with business objectives.
Manage contract lifecycle activities, including post-signature processing, repository maintenance, abstraction, metadata enrichment, and data integrity. Identify risks, approval needs, and process issues; keep stakeholders informed; and support governance, approval workflows, standardization, and best practices across the contracting lifecycle.
Act as a subject matter expert for Agiloft CLM or similar platforms, supporting system enhancements, AI-enabled contract search and review, metadata extraction, dashboards, reporting automation, issue resolution, and coordination with IT/CIT teams.
