About the Role
We are seeking a Key Account Manager (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on strategic account management, client relationship management, customer success, revenue growth, commercial strategy, and AI-generated business content evaluation.
In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated account plans, customer communications, business proposals, renewal strategies, executive business reviews, CRM workflows, and client engagement scenarios. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for customer relationship management, account growth, sales enablement, and enterprise business operations.




This position is ideal for professionals with experience managing strategic accounts, enterprise customers, customer success programs, B2B client relationships, or account growth initiatives across technology, SaaS, consulting, healthcare, financial services, or other enterprise industries.

Responsibilities
Review AI-generated account plans, executive business reviews (EBRs), customer emails, renewal proposals, QBR presentations, CRM notes, account health reports, and stakeholder communications.
Evaluate customer lifecycle management involving onboarding, account planning, upselling, cross-selling, renewals, escalation management, and strategic account development.
Verify AI-generated recommendations using customer success best practices, enterprise account management methodologies, and commercial relationship strategies.
