Role Purpos
eWe are seeking a proactive and skilled Engineer to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization

d)Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issue
s.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral device
s.Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permission
s.Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and connectivity issue
s.Support Microsoft Windows environments, Office 365, and enterprise application
s.Monitor IT systems and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service request
s.Assist in maintaining servers, backups, and security protocol
s.Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for issue resolutio




n.Document support activities, troubleshooting steps, and IT procedure
s.Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practice
s.Support onboarding/offboarding processes including device setup and access provisionin

Skills and Experience – Essent
ialBachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fie
