We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead the quality assurance function for Salesforce CRM applications. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing, with hands-on experience in Selenium and Playwright. The role requires experience in API, Functional, and Regression Testing, along with proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Prior experience testing Salesforce CRM applications is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the QA team while driving quality across Salesforce CRM applications.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
Plan and execute Manual, Functional, Regression, API, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.
Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test strategies for complex applications.
Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers to ensure high-quality releases.
Identify, log, track, and resolve defects using defect management tools.




Ensure test automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines and improve overall test coverage.
Monitor QA metrics and provide regular quality reports to stakeholders.
8–12+ years of QA experience with leadership/management responsibilities.
Strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
Hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
Strong knowledge of API Testing (Postman/REST Assured or similar).
Experience in Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.
Experience testing Salesforce CRM applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules).
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with test automation frameworks, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and team management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
